The will of Daniel Blachford of Lower Tooting in the County of Surrey 1735-1821
 

 

I, Daniel Blachford of Lower Tooting in the County of Surrey Esquire do hereby revoke all Wills Codicils and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

 I direct all my Inst debts and funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and subject to the payment thereof, to give devise and bequeath all my Estate and Effects real and personal of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever with their and every of their Appurtenances unto my beloved son Daniel Blachford and my beloved daughter Elizabeth Curry the Wife of Richard Curry of Palsgrave in the County of Norfolk a Captain in the Royal Navy equally to be divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in common and not as Joint Tenants and their respective Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever,

And I nominate and appoint my said son Daniel and daughter Elizabeth Executor and Executrix of this my Will.

In Witness whereof I have herewith set my hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of June in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty.
